How long is the contract period?
We offer either a 6-month or a 12-month contract. Our 12 month contracts are discounted.
What happens at the end of the campaign
If you want to continue advertising, simply allow your campaign to roll over for either a further 6 or 12 months.
How long will the campaign take to set up?
This all depends on your requirements. Either send us a message via our contacts page or call us on 0800 7117117.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are collected by Direct Debit.
Can I provide my own ad text and graphics?
Absolutely. You can provide your own ad copy and any graphics. We offer a proofreading service and can make any recommendations that we feel may help your campaign.
Can I upgrade my plan as my business grows?
Absolutely. Just message us via our contact page and request an upgrade.
Do I pay Facebook direct for my ad spend?
Yes. Payments will need to be paid directly to Facebook. We offer free guidance on this too!
